Well, I just picked up a new pump for the 2 X 55G setup. The one I have is way too loud. Hopefully I will get it replaced this weekend. I need to get a couple plumbing pieces first.
I have also decided that the pump I am using on my central setup is just not enough. Not enough turnover for me.I am going to start shopping of a bigger Reeflo pump and set the current barracuda aside for the 500.

Not sure what I'm going to get as of yet. All I know is that after doing some maintenance last night, I am not happy with the flow rate. Apparently 3,600gph just isn't enough. maybe 5,000gph? Not sure.
I wonder if I should look at pressure-based pump in lieu of flow-based pumps? I need to post up a schematic of my plumbing.
