I don't mind extra shipping costs much, but 23$ is quite a bit over and no notification of the extra shipping charge. That's 23$ that goes straight from my pocket to his. Vendors and the rest of MFK should not be charging any extra for shipping, that's almost stealing.

I totally disagree with that. I always try to give myself a cushion and make a little money on the shipping end, especially if I'm not making much money on the good being sold. How is that stealing? You agree to a shipping cost. It's not like he charges out the ass for the fish. Well, it's not really any of my business, so I won't add to this thread anymore.

we all loose our temper sometimes , and it can be very frustrating to get a wrong order (or think you have) , but venting your frustration on a public forum should only ever be done (if ever) as a last resort ,after a total stand off between both parties . you must give the guy every opportunity to put things right ,which he has done anyway , you can understand nicks frustration as a lot of his custom will come via this site ,and people who don't read the full thread and find out the outcome may now just associate nick with the thread title Inexcusable

Nothing but good from Nick in my book. I've ordered from him before and was COMPLETELY satisfied. He went above and beyond, bent over backwards to make sure things worked out great. I highly recommend him and will stand behind him as well. I will definately do business with him regardless of what may be said of him. I know him to be a true and honest guy, and thats good enough for me.
