Tom is a cool cat. I always get plecos from him.. Or if your looking for something specific, he will order it for you.
He can get anything just ask him , i talked to him today he told me he got in a really nice small MBU puffer so if anyones intersted go see him
I don't think he can get you anything and "anything" being a very vague word. I've know Tom for 3 years (maybe more) and he is one cool Thai. Once he sees you often enough, he will give you deals that other LFS won't give you. Hell, I got to know him getting live blood worms and not too much fish.
