In the wild these will get to around 14" and almost 3 lbs, so a bit smaller than a wild oscar. They love veggies but are pretty easy to feed most stuff (will take pellets, worms, any tiny fish you have handy, peas, lettuce) and off the surface, off the substate and every where in between.
They are very undemanding and one of my favs. Can't wait to get a pack of these. Are not shy at all.
They are shoalers, but from others posts, don't seem bad in smaller groups (like 2 or 3), that is do not seem to have much aggression towards each other.
