info on channa bleheri (rainbow snakehead) please

I had a rainbow in my 180 up until a few days ago. kept at 75 degrees and didnt looked washed out at all and was one of the most active fish in the tank. I could have got lucky though! It was about 7 inches which is not far off full size i believe. eating well and very interactive with me. Great fish and i would recommend to anyone! BUT about 6 months ago I was doing a water change and heard a splash and a bang, turned round and the little bugger had jumped out, despite the 5 foot fall (ish) he was fine. So make sure you have no gaps or openings cus they jump/escape. this brings me back to a few days ago, mine is now gone. dont know where, just disappeared! Ive taken the tank apart looking for him, broken my sump pipework down and no sign. Somehow he escaped and there is no sign, behind, under, in the tank, in the weirs. I have nothing big enough to eat him and there wasnt enough time for him to be eaten to nothing if he died. I do have 2 dogs though so if he got out and they found him... Moral of the story is great fish great escape artists!!!
