you should have picked mine up, i had 2 of them and a jurapari and 3 congo's that i sold for $30.
 
The true G. surinamensis from Suriname are indeed rare, but due to classification issues there are multiple members of the G. surinamensis complex, which are very common (I'd say the second most common behind G. brasiliensis) in the hobby.

Don't have any current pics. As for adult pics, you can google it. Altifrons have very long trailers when as they get older
