I have all my tanks outside on the verandah. The current outside temp of the water is currently 25 - 26 degrees C. Not sure of the Fahrenheit conversion. Everything I read on oscars is in Fahrenheit. (Recommended temp 75 F) We've just had the shortest day of the year so this is as cold as its going to get. Air Temp is about 20 degrees C and is a lot colder than normal this week. Is this OK for the Oscars? Can anyone help with a conversion rate?

20c is about 70f which is a too low of a temp for oscars. Ideal should be 78-80 F.

Today the air temp has dropped to 20 C, normally sits around 25 - 28. Current Water Temp is still at 25-26 C. This weather should only last a day or 2 so the water temp should maintain at 25C. Is this OK.

you should go buy a heater.temps that low could cause a bout of ick.

Heaters are not expensive. Save the trouble of curing illness and get a heater. If the O's get too cold it can cause damage to their nerves as well.

25-26 is fine. Unless it drops below that, its not a problem. A heater would be worth buying just in case though.
