They get pretty hefty, you could have one in a 180/220 if it was the only fish...they can grow to 24" in captivity quite easily...

I am just trying to work out where to put the tank if i got one , dont really have the money to buy a nice glass or acylic tank so i was thinking a Stock tank would work for me . The biggest i can get is 6x4x2Foot one .
If i sold my Turtles and there tank and one of my smaller tanks which has my Red Devil in i might be able to fit it in for a Gourami but i am not sure if i want to sell them .

. If anyone else would like to add something , ideas , suggestions , Ect please do .
