Bass are EXTREMELY non tolerant of the cold. Infact theyre known to die as soon as the water goes below 70 degrees. Youre not even researching the fish you want. This is one hell of a mess of a plan

Oscars are NOT cold water fish.
Also, was the pool used as a pool in the past? The chlorine might still be lingering. How do you expect to get rid of that?

You know theres peacock bass here in florida right and they can survive the florida temps
you realize the channels they live in are tens and tens of feet deep where the temperature doesnt change, right? With the earth to insulate it.

Correct. Thus how many fish in lakes that freeze over, like in MI, survive the winters.

How deep is the pond/pool?

Are you just googling cold tolerant monster fish? Look, not to sound mean, or to have this discussion spiral down into a pointless argument about nothing, but you need to be honest with yourself. I used to be the most uppity know-it-all in the world at 14, and behold I had crisis after crisis and lots hundreds of dollars worth of fish. I don't want you to take the same road. You are inexperienced. You have little knowledge of fishkeeping (as does everybody when they start, well, anything). Don't pursue an impossible goal that everybody is telling you is not going to work. We have knowledge, and experience. We have seen this time and time again. A lot of us, me included, have been in your shoes and have lost fish due to stupid mistakes that come with inexperience. We don't want you to make those mistakes, which is why we are trying to dissuade you from an impossible goal you are married to, and for good reason. Monster fish are AWESOME. We just want to make sure you're ready to keep them. None of us have any ill will towards you. Please listen to us.
