Information on Malawi Peacocks

Hello all,
Glad we found this thread. We found that 33L with a 2m:4fm ratio with a little cover for the females has been great for us. We feed our peacocks NLS 5 days a week with Spirulina once a day. One day a week we will treat our peacocks to some frozen mysis or frozen brine. I am attaching some pics of a couple of our peacocks.

Mike great write up. I am glad I found this as I am working on a new build and it's going to be species specific (Malawi Peacocks). The links on biotope don't include any images of a typical biotope. It describes rocky bottom but what does it exactly mean. Do you have or know links with pics of malawi peacock scapes or biotope? Thanks

I’m thinking of buying 15 babies @ 1” from a local breeder for $50. He sent this pic of the male parent. Not sure what to think other than beautiful. I’ve owned cichlids. But not African.
What do you think of this guy?
