it looks like a start...when iv grown it in the past soon after that cloudy stage the cloudiness should start 'clumping' in to large balls and when you look at it threw the light you should see little moving things almost shiny in the light (make sure its a bright light direct sun works) ..unless you can see it moving now if you look really close!
look at it while its sitting on something and shine bright light threw it..it should be easy to tell if its moving or not.

Yea if you get tiny little things swimming you hav infusoria.. Ive failed to cultivate it though I only get green water...
