Hello i buy a new rhom
But in the transfer injured his tail..
Already used furan 2
But i dont see any different
His tail comes white
If lose his tail can re-emerged ? Or?

Keep water clean and can add a little salt 1tsp per gallon once and should heal up. Doesn’t look infected.

Piranhas can recover quickly. Keep the water clean and add some salt.

Salt is 1 tsp per gallon. Keep the nitrates below 40ppm. Since added the furan 2 should help to recover. Crossing fingers!

The most important thing is to make sure it does not get worse and starts to heal. Healing can take a long time depending on how bad it is. You can increase the temperature and add salt like was suggested. I would also recommended you turn off the light and make sure they are comfortable and not stressed.

Clean water, salt and no stress go a long way to heal a lot of wounds. The picture doesn't look horrible and like something that can heal. You just need to make sure it does not get worse.
