big improvement, but i think that large piece of driftwood needs to go or be repositioned in the back being not very noticeable
 
Looks a lot better. Sand would look good. Maybe reposition the driftwood to the side and have the big rock in the center.
 
No no, the plants are good, but maybe you want to move them around a bit to hide those filter intakes and plumbing.

Get some sand, but try not to get sand that is too bright, otherwise the tank will be too bright to look at.

That piece of wood is nice put is too far forward. It is sitting nice, just not in the right place. Also, try and get some more twiggy wood, having it coming down from the top, or from around the other bogwood.

Also move that big grey rock more to the other side, and have some smaller rocks of the same colour around it.

I know, it sounds like a lot of time, but will make your tank look very natural.
 
I say keep it where it is! I like the look of the wood on the rock, makes me think public aquarium for some reason.
