Any of you MFK'ers in a inter racial relationship? I am and I was just wondering what you and your family thinks about it.

Well for me my parents accepts all race's, but they want me to marry my own kind I think mix babies are cute

Same with me! On my mom side of the family I have a Chinese uncle and a Mexican aunty. Love them as much as I love my hmong family members (Another type of asian). Well my dad's side...enough said

My wife is Hispanic (I'm white)...I don't get the vibe that it matters to my family. No one has said anything. I know it doesn't matter to hers. Her family is a melting pot for sure. Chinese stepmother, white Stepfather, cousins are married to white, blacks...nobody really seems to care.

So not wanting you to marry a person of another race is not racist. I think it is. Any time some says "Marry our own kind" realy does mean they have some thing against people with different color skin or people that come from a different part of the world.

Your own kind. Well I belive we are all Homo sapiens. But come on if they were not racist they would not care who you maried now would they.

Don't take what I say pesonaly. Its just how I feel.

And yes I am White *** man that is a long term relationship with a Black *** man.
