Interesting cocoon on mangrove

Over ime the bagworm, even though it is consided a predator, has been denuding the sapling of its leaves, although some new leaf are starting to orm.

It has not (so far bothered the saplings next to it, now almost 3 ft tall.

That’s why I hate them…they are relentless, especially when there’s more than one.
They won’t stray far from their bag so I’m not too surprised it’s leaving other trees alone.
