Well, for obvious reasons it looks like C. monoculus (phenotypically), but it's hard to get an accurate idea as to the total length of the fish. Maybe not developed, yet? Hard to say. Good point. Also, it does have "Kelberi" slope to it's head...unlike the monoculus slope (more drastic). Interesting specimen for sure. It's always fun to play the ID game with Cichla.
