Hi,

I know all who read this are saying here he is... another project:nilly:.. Dont blame you.

I am setting up my 20 high and am going to deco with a terra cotta strawberry pot in the middle and maybe some grass. The stock will be either Neon Tetras or guppies. It is an a place that I do not want a HOB and dont want to spend for a canister.

Thinking about a Fluval 3plus internal.. Any thoughts before I pick it up?

Thanks.

Bear

I like the fluval internal filters they do a good job, little bit of a pain when removing for maintainence because junk tends to fall back out of it. Sometimes I use tetera fliter pads instead of the fluval ones so I can load it with some carbon.

Thanks for the info.. Went with the sponge filter and a 230gph powerhead.

Another question for the sponge filter. Could this be used on my 75g (albit much larger) as the primary filtration with a 780GPH pump? Reason I am asking is that it has a Magnum 350 Canister POS filter aand I want to add the sponge filter as primary, and just use the 350 to polish.

Any thoughts/Guidance?

Bear
