Now one of my breeder females has a bloated stomach with white stringy poop, I dosed the tank with levamisole, so I’m hoping it does something, I’ve tried everything and this stuff keeps coming back. API Gen cure, metro plex, and now I’m doing fritz expel-p. I really don’t wanna lose my fish.

I take it you're familiar with the treatment process of levamisole?

Levamisole-HCL can be purchased in bulk. I did so buying a product sold for deworming of pigeons. It was designed to be added to their drinking water. I believe that the "97.5% other ingredients" were harmful for fish. Oops!
Currently, I'm treating a group of wild caught tetras with Fritz Expel-P and enjoying good results. I've been mixing this into their feed at a rate if 0.2g/40g Repashy. Added water and other ingredients brings this to about 0.2g Levamisole per half pound of prepared gel food.
The tetras which eat the gel food are doing much better than those which do not.
