used some of advise on that site i tried the head first today then the tail (cause it would look like a guyps tail). Garlic will be next if he does not eat within the next 2days. I will use that invisable line trick for the lions though. thought i take couple pics.
My dwarf Lion was also fussy at first when I bought him at LFS he was on ghost shrimp, to get him on frozen I tried feeding stick waste of time, so I used small piece of fishing line, and pulled krill thro water. He got it second try, then after a few times he was trained and I could just drop it in tank.
OKAY today at my LFS they had this bashe eel with black-ish brown bashe spots and a head of a snake ANY idea what this is? and he was constantly active! am going to try to get pics
no if he doesnt eat my cutups am going to buy bite size silver sides for him. ill try the cutups the last time right now... and if he doesnt eat the bite size what kind of garlic do i use? the ones at the stores? if ALL hope fails do i cave in and give him CB GuppyxMollies? and i just want to ID this eel man it was so stunning!!! maybe like in 2 weeks if its still there ill pick it up. Never seen an eel like this!!! the lfs doesnt even know what it is...
Try raw shrimp like from the grocery store. Or ghost shrimp.
Garlic you should buy as a supplement. You can use store garlic, but all you want is the juice to soak whatever you want to feed it in. You can buy this at a petstore, but I think the next time I buy my own food I will look for a garlic extract at the co-op or whole foods or whatever. As long as it is just garlic juice, then you should be good.
