Introducing....

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I've been interested in Rays for awhile... now it's time to really get interested though :D

I have a male and female Motoro coming in soon ... Female is 16" :D and the Male is 7" :irked:

She is actually a Potamotrygon Reticulata... she has become outragously shy and has found a place to hide under some plants (not buried) and you can't see her... well the tip of her tail only

Anyone who knows me... knows I go overboard with my fish... Which means I get as many as I can find :headbang2 and I look forward to learning more about my little Frisbees :D hopefully I will become more knowledgeable in time as I currently feel like I am flying by the seat of my pants here.

Welcome to the crazy roller-coaster ride of stingraydom, basslover! I've appreciated your contribution in the general forums about aquariums (mostly DIY stuff, if I remember correctly) and such a small hobby needs a few people to go overboard. :headbang2:headbang2:headbang2:headbang2

Retics seem to be shy at first; give Bubbles some time, some good food (maybe 3x per day with that figure) and as you obviously know, watch the temp and nitro cycle. Our retic (Tabitha) was really shy at first, too. She would bury herself all the time, but they grow out of that when they get comfortable, it seems.

Best of luck, and congratulations on your new arrival!
