Introduction

Hi everyone I was searching the web for tank info and stumbled across this site, I am glad to say. I currently have a 30 gal, 60 gal and am in the middle of setting up a 120 gal.
I don't have any pictures right now but will take some today.
I do have one thing funky happening in my 60 gal I have a few silk plants and some of the leaves of them are turning like a rusty colour anyone have any guess to what would be the cause the fish a very healthy and the water is nice and clear. Thanks Countrygal.

sound like youve just got some brown algae growing. try washing them off in the sink or doing more water changes.

Welcome to the forum!! Like Plec123 said, you have diatoms growing on them. They brush off very easily with just your fingers.
