iPhone's

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
This conversation really grinds my gears. We battle about xbox vs ps3 and droid vs iPhone and so on. I had a blackberry storm, then an iPhone 3GS, and now an iPhone 4. I love my iPhone and here in Oahu AT&T has much better service then all the other companies. You guys can flame apple all you want but consider how the customers actually respond....iPhone wins and so does the "bigger version of the itouch" or iPad. They are not mind blowing technology but they are user friendly and that is what most americans prefer....easy...think welfare...

The droid is not a bad phone, I am a huge supporter of open source but the iPhone has dominated the market and face it...it upsets you that it's beating phones that have newer technology.

I have no more to say on this matter. Buy what you want but my iPhone rocks.

I've had the iphone 3g, 3gs, and now 4g...best phone ever.

that made me laugh haha, yes i love iPhones. The reception problem is solved with a case its no biggie just sooks complaining about it (:

everytime anyone says Iphone my spontanious response is HTC.. what you do when you buy an Iphone is you pay for a brand name.. there are htc's with better cameras, better battery time, real video conversation (which is a retarded selling point since it requires WiFi to do so and has been around for years and years) furthermore, better looking, faster internet, bigger and better screen, the same apps, better reception, higher resolution screen and replacable batteries and memory card AND its cheaper.. but hell.. everything starting with an I is worth buying..

that's why I only have IT dats, the pulcher gets bigger, more stable, and we have them in heaps here in sweden for less than a dollar but the IT is just an "I-fish"..

I try to explain this to apple fan boys and they argue with stupid things like " but Iphones have apps." when tons of phones have the same apps and have for YEARS before the iphone ever came out.

ofcourse they will.. not easy admitting you were seduced by a hyped up pile of sheet when you could have had something better for less money.. whatever floats your boat I ain't trying to sink it..

You should really look into the facts. the iPhone's market share continues to drop while Android continues to climb. Check out the latest numbers: http://www.businessinsider.com/android-iphone-market-share-2010-9

Another thing to consider, iPhone's been the major player for what, 4 years now? Android really only took off in November 2009 when Verizon announced the original Motorola Droid. In less than a year Android has managed to capture 17% of the market, compared to Apple's 23% over 4 years. Wait another 2-3 quarters and see what happens.

The only reason Apple is still alive is because they have a loyal fan base. Naive, but loyal nonetheless. They refuse to believe there could be something better than the iPhone. Truth is, most have never even touched another device so they absolutely nothing to back up the 'zomg my iphone iz da bestest in da wurld' claims. I have a few friends that switched to Android after years with the iPhone. Some picked up the HTC Evo and others the Motroloa X. They say it's one of the best decisions they've made.

I have messed with iPhones and I don't like it. The one thing I do love is how smooth the UI is; the scrolling and the zooming is second to none IMO. But I don't feel like I'm missing anything with an Android phone. Open source FTW

Don't really care on any type of phone but as long as it gets the job done I'll use it. As jcardona1 said most fans of the iphone are too naive and delirious to even try out the new phones that have come out and they can't make a solid footing to what they say.
