Unfortunately, its not that easy....The easiest way is to sync it like I said: Either delete the album altogether off of itunes, or make itunes sync only selected items, and unselect the ones you no longer want....

i've had to do this...plug the ipod into the pc and then go to computer and look at the drives. the ipod will show up as a drive and open it. when you have it open all you have to do is click drag the songs you want to keep and then move them to itunes.

Um, that doesn't work....At all. For one, the Ipod renames/moves everything to prevent people from doing this. Also, the folder is a hidden folder that you have to unhide first...
Also, the songs are renamed when they are transferred onto the ipod. For instance, when Jason is moving his Spear Britney around, it won't show up "hit me baby one more time" in his (hidden) ipod folder. Rather, the ipod renames it to something random (dhjtk110-45).
uhg,dont tell everyone about Spears,gahd!Well I synced it and it completely emptied the 80 of his stuff and loaded my entire itunes library onto it with album work and song titles and all.Then,I checked manualy manage ipod and I can now delete individual songs that way.So,thats that so far.
