No just the iPod case newest firmware and jailbreak, for shipping purposes though it'll be package in a old iPod touch box.
 
I'll do my best to get one of the back,. Don't have a camera besides the iPod at the moment hahaha

It's more of a surface scratch. But again any case covers it up. The pervious owner didn't keep a case on it..
