Only thing I can say is you might send a private message to Fugupuff , he seems to be the guru of uber rare fish. Not saying he could get it, but he might know the probability of getting it.

i've honed in already on this thread, I've spoken to usmctanker in the past, but its probably not possible to import them.

doubt it would be possible to get them as well...the Euphrates and Tigris rivers both flow through Iraq and we were stationed on a dam on the Euphrates that formed a huge lake, USMC Tanker would fish off the dam in his spare time and catch some carp-looking things. But both rivers extend up through several less chaotic countries, so may be possible to get them from higher points in the river.
