Here is what I now plan to keep:

4 x African Butterfly Fish
1 x Black Ghost Knife
1 x Brown Ghost Knife
4 x Clown Loaches
1 x Borneo Python Eel

That is if I can get these fish.A few of them are quite rare.

Here's a good idea:
1 Black Ghost Knife
1 Tiretrack eel (or Fire eel)
2 Senegal Bichirs
6 - 8 Ropefishes
2 Leopard bushfish

Although slow growers, clowns eventually grow to a foot. I've already told you about mixing more than 1 electric fish. Are you aware than knives only eat live worms? That's a lot of food for that many!
what about just 1 black and 1 brown?Ive read they won't fight altough it is a risk that they are eleteric fishes.Oh the clowns only eat live worms?=O Ohh maybe I need to do some more roughwork.

sorry misread that ='[[ I was a bit annoyed ='[[ dad won't let me get a borneo python eel ='[[ hmm i'll find a way to get one =]]

Do you have a link to more info about this eel?

Heres some quotes on it:
Dont go with 2 knives, they fight to the death unless theyre in groups of more than 5. I'd just go with 1 and go with more clown loaches, also the peacock eel will live together but the pythons will fight. What size do pythons get to?There is no info on them on the web sorry for bothering you! Also are they difficult?should I ger 3 Black GK and 3 Brown GK or is that too much. And then maybe a borneo python if I can get one. They are probs the coolest.just go with 1 knife if your going to get one or go with 2 different species if you want to keep multiple ones, ive got a black ghost and a royal in with my fire eel. The borneo pythons were only discovered early this year so not many people have them at all as far as i know the biggest one so far is 18" so that is probably the max size.So if I got 1 brown and one black ghost knife would they be ok?Also if borneo pythons are still elusive in England where I live I won't get one.the knife combo should be ok, you should probably check this thread out as well http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/fo...d.php?t=200180

='[[£40 which is a good price considering wildwoods had them in earlier in the year for just over £200

It's sorta hard to understand that way... sorry

What I'm looking for is more info on the Borneo python. I did a search & can't even find a pic. Knives are delicate creatures & I'm concerned about the aggresiveness of the python.

Your tank is only 70g. That's not really very large, when considering multible 18" fish. Let's talk about cycling this tank & filtration.

I'm getting 2 Interpet pf4 filters.I might do a fishless cycle(whichever is better for the fish).I was thinking about the nutrafin cycle one but apparently it's not very good. Also I might not keep the knives and maybe keep an elephany nose or baby whale.Altough they are VERY senitive and shy fish. Also only one borneo python they're agressive to their own kind.Thanks.

The Borneo python eel is also called borneo giant python eel.

Yeah, I looked up that name too & couldn't find any info. Baby whales are VERY aggressive & usually will keep 1/2 of the tank for themselves, chasing off all the other fish from it's territory. I have a 18 year old pair of elephantfish.
