Is anyone getting ready for this storm??

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Although i ain't in the US and this has nothing to do with me, i just wanted to say to all you guys on the East Coast, stay safe, since it seems like one heck of a storm...

As for the dude whos been here less than 6 months complaining about threads, well for starters, this is first and foremost an AMERICAN website, with lots of international members, so i have no idea why any one would complaining about seeing threads related to the US...

Also, if you are still reading this thread, and want to complain, before you do so, why not start your own fish forum based on where you are from, then you won't have to worry about all these American threads popping up coz you can delete them, bury them or do whatever the heck you want with them...

Anyway, again stay safe guys and girls... and be sure to have those generators fueled up and ready to go..

Thanks. Yea F rafini.

Well after 50-60+ mph wind gusts and rain for several hours, we did not loose power and the flowerhorn is doing good!

We lost power for all of ten minutes last night....while we awake. Not sure what happened after we turned in but when I checked on them this morning all fins were moving.

Well so far all my fish are doing ok. I was able to use my father in laws generator to power all the filters and our fridge/freezer. Hopefully the power comes back soon! There are multiple trees down on the wires.

I wish You the best Lady. that pic is a nightmare, did you have to pass underneath it? Are any tree crews working yet?

Good to see damage was minimal, relatively speaking. The storm center came almost directly over us and we didn't lose power once. Our satellite tv didn't go out either. Weird storm, looks like the coast got it bad though...
