Is chocolate albino leo rare?

Just curious because while browsing the local petco I found a male in there with some females (hypo tang, and high yellows).

I thought it looked odd and when I looked up morphs I found out that it is a chocolate albino.

I'm thinking about buying him because he looks cool, and I could breed him to my females down the road.

Looks like this, only darker brown color:

it's one of my favorite color morphs, but they're usually WAY over priced since apparently breeders these days are mostly highwaymen

I may get him just to try out breeding when they are old enough. I really like the look too.

I think my patternless albino is my favorie right now, I like the way she is developing yellow shading under the pattern of white on her head.
