Is corn snake a good option for a beginner?

as already said they are one of the best first snakes, they are hardy, easy to care for, and there is a huge variety. They really aren't hand snakes like constrictors, they are more of runners. They are constantly moving through and over you hands, arms, etc. Ive had a few of them and they are great easy snakes, my personal favorites are the Honduran tri-colors.

I might get a Jungle corn(Nothins wrong with Hybrids!) If I pass school:nilly:
If not a Jungle I will probably start with a corn snake. thanks all

Corn snake by far best 1st snake and a great snake to have once you are experienced as well. Dont let the "1st snake" thing fool you. Many ppl in this for the long haul get into more exotics over time, but as far as a snake that will react and be alert seemingly more like a pet, the corn is the best. Tons of morphs to choose from and they all have for the most part the same demeanor. Good luck.
