Satsuma, LA.
I pretty assume it is, but my issue is that outside a few Alligators I kept growing up like 25 years ago, I haven't dome much with Crocodiles at all. That said, I do have the space to keep him and the equipment, its just the lack of experience that bothers me. But then again, I worry someone with far less Herp knowledge than me might take him and he want survive at all.

If its legal where you are then I say go for it. The fact that youve shown some concern by posting here means youre probably more qualified than whomever else might buy it.

There legal here, at least I believe so since I have seen them at some pet Stores. I think I am going to take it, at worst if its too much for me I have a bud in LA who has a large enclosure and keeps Alligators and other corcs that could take it or at least give me pointers.

from what ive read, these guys are really high strung and aggressive. but if you are up to the challenge and have the means to care for him properly, than i would go for it

Aggressive I can deal with, I have enough scars from my snappers to prove that LOL.

I've always heard that culver's had a little attitude, but I'm like you being bit or struck at doesn't bother me, It's not a matter of if it happens it's when. Be careful with the legal question Do some research I live in Indiana and I can buy caimen and aligators pretty readily where I live and it is perfectly legal, until they hit 5 or 6 foot then you have to have a permit to keep your pet and if the DNR catches you with an animal even an inch over with no permit they will seize it and can put it to sleep, funny I always thought the DNR was in place to protect animals, wildlife and nature.

To me this sounds like a very good deal and if I was in your shoes I would jump on it and ask questions later. I can't even get a baby for that around me a hatchling (when you can find culvers) are around 125 and I believe in another thread You said it was around 2 foot here that would probably be closer to 175 so I say 100 is a very good deal, but that's just my opinion

Yeah I am going to do it, he is even throwing a 90 gal tank so I cannot beat that price.

And a tank? you can't beat that, it won't last that guy much longer, but when it's outgrown that tank you'll always have it for more pets, maybe some more turtles? I like your new snapper btw
