right well hes now upside down but still alive, so think he will be gone in a n hour, but i will post pics coz somethings def not right, he looks like hes got burst blood vessels as all of his white strips and tips of his fins are red with blood.

if hes not right 2mo then i will get clove oil.

wow thats horrible! i feel sorry for the little guy!
i dont think it could be the flowerhorn cause it wouldve taken the eyes out. i used to have a snakehead that had an eye taken out by a salvini (both were small)
so im sure a fh would have the temprement and strength to just gauge it out.
i hope he makes it! would be an amazing recovery story if he did

cheers hun, well where hes bleedin from there is no way it was the fh, otherwise i dont think the fh coulda got him anyway coz he was always hidden

im sorry for your loss, i lost a juvie texas cichlid to internal parasites in summer, its hard but don't blame yourself you tried to help it and made it more comfortable in its final hours =)
