i caught him with a cast net in a random lake far from my house secluded from people he swims fine and acts normal but does have rash on bottom of belly and 3d white dots on spine fin
Some tank paremeters would be helpful too. What size tank, tankmates and their size, water paremeters, ect. It does sound like it could be ich, but it could also be fungal, parasites, or a number of other things. Do a search for ich, you should come up with some pics that you can compare to.
