Fish often stop eating if they are moved tanks for a few days depending on their confidence.
Have you added new fish recently that could have brought something, how old is he? Give him some boiled shelled peas and add aquarium salt at two teaspoon per gallon before using meds IMO.

No new fish added, he is on the hospital tank with Epson salt, hes been there since Thursday, I did a water change yesterday.

Didnt know that, he's in a tank now with aquarium salt, seems to be doing better , slightly more colorful.

Well it looks like the 2 days on Epson salt worked, he's been since today in aquarium salt. Water changes every other day also. Temp around 86°

He's colors are looking better and he's more active also

Today, looking way better and back in the tank. Colors are coming back nice
