Is it bad to do a watter change 2 days ina row?

Our GG is moody fish, sometimes it looks off so we W/c, other tanks not so much
 
there is still stuff left in there mostly old food but the Siphon take out 2 much watter 2 fast.
is there a better way 2 get the **** out of the tank
and for some reason my Siphon only works when i use the suck method >= [
 
yeah i siphon with a smaller sized siphon after almost every feeding. it makes it alot cleaner and its that much easier on my filters. only takes about 2 gallons each time.
 
i looked at the theard kool stuffs
its just its hard 2 get all the stuff out of the tank and for some reason my Siphon is like weird and wont work right after a while >= [ and i dont really want 2 put my mouth back on it after the water from the tank went on it. im preaty sure thats not health and could harm me?
 
so its ok 2 put my mouth on it? cause no other way works for me idk why may-b cuase im working with a 10g.
