today its a bit more pink looking.. no, its not fuzzy either. He used to fight a lot with the other male... could it be he got hurt?
Well that's good it doesn't look like cauliflower. If it did that would be a fungus. You might want to google "freshwater fish disease pics" since no one seems to have an answer. And then you can go from there. That's what I do when I can't find anyone to help me.

Franlovera, it is very likely to be bacterial infection. Your best course of action for now is isolate the fish and simply do daily water changes. If after a week, the white patch does not improve, antibiotics may be administered but not now. Kanamycin or furan should work hopefully if they have to be used.
i dont have a quarentine tank, can i just apply salt to the normal tank, and do more water changes?
Ok, i finally managed to take a good-ish picture of the fish's other eye. Here are the pictures.
If you don't have a spare tank, I'd isolate the fish in a tub or a bucket. Operate with a heater and a sponge filter. Continue monitoring the fish. Clean water again is your best defense. You can add a teaspoon per gallon dosage of salt every 12 hours until you reach three teaspoons per gallon equivalent to 0.3%.
Yeah, im quite sure that his eye is starting to pop out.. But the fish is a lot cheaper than the meds and I don't really have money soo... its lookin bad for him.
