... For a baby Bichir's tail to be too heavy for its little body? My first Senegal was about 2" long and his tail and prosterior were always kind of lop sided. My Delhezi ate him before I could tell if it was going to go away. Now my new Ornate (at about 2.5") is doing the same thing. The whole back half of his body is slanted to the left, and sometimes his front end tips over when he's chomping down on frozen bloodworms. Is it possible for little baby bichirs to be unstable because their tail is too vast for their little body, and will it straighten out eventually? Or do I just get all the handicapped ones?

Sounds normal to me they will become more balanced with age
