Is it ok to feed the puffers mealworms?

I have congo spotted puffers, I feed them sometimes snails and sometimes mealworms what I mean by mealworms are the yellow color worms which are the larval form of the yellow mealworm beetle. I understand this is not part of their natural diet but not sure if someone else has the experience. I would love to learn here that if it is ok to feed them this? Or if I should stop feeding them that.

If it’s big enough to eat it, there’s no problem. Insects and insect larvae are part of natural puffer diet. Like anything, just feed in moderation.
