I would still give it at least a week to settle in and for the bacteria to multiply enough to handle some bio load in the tank?

With a tank that large and a seeded filter you can start putting fish in the day after you fill the tank with dechlor, just do it a couple fish at a time and not big ones, I would wait if the fish are large but if they are 5-6" I would go ahead and add a pair every 3-4 days.

Depending on what kind of bacteria you used the tank may be ready for fish. I always add fish right away when I use Bio-Spira or cycle.
