Um I used bio=spira and filled up my 210 with my whole 125 bioload and it worked just fine. But I had a kickass 55 gallon sump with two 1200 gph pumps on it. If your filtration is kicking just throw the fish in.

I just like double checking all the water parameters and making sure the temp was set right before picking up the fish.rumblesushi said:guppy, why bother waiting a day if the water is dechlored?
Therein lies the problem. You can have us speculate "until the cows come home," but you'll never know until you test your water. Test kits are inexpensive. Buy them for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and PH, at a minimum. You should test your water daily when cycling. When ammonia and nitrites are at zero, your tank is cycled.rayman45 said:ill have it tested tonight.
