I have thought fish have jumped out of my tank so many times I cant recollect...but I've only had one jumper a albino rainbow shark...most of the time I find them hiding in the most obvious places, but are still well hidden.
Is it possible for a molly to jump?

Yes, molly can jump. I was at the lfs and we were getting some dalmation mollies and one jumped as we were watching. Scared the devil out of me 'cause I was looking so close at the top of the tank. lol
I have 2 mollies & sometimes when they are "playing", I hear a small splash from their tank. So I'm thinkng they do have capability to jump out.
the jackass who takes care of the fish at our office puts mollies in for feeders and never had a cover on the tank and there were half a dozen dried up behind the tank, so they obviously have to be able to jump some.
