Is it realistic to keep a Sternarchorhynchus Goeldii long term in a 200x60x65cm aquarium?

I don't know much about them if my conversation is right you tank is 78" ~x 24 ~× 26"~ which is around 190 gal~ . Quick search says they get to around 12" i think you would fine

Tank dimensions are fine for most Sternarchorhynchus spp. though it may start looking cramped as they grow out due to the width. Still not terribly problematic given 60cm width and 2metre length. Like with other Gymnotiformes they are long/skinny/flat, not very bulky.
Tank-mates are always more of a concern with knife-fishes.
Finding true goeldii would be a bit difficult; not because they're gatekept or especially rare, but moreso as no collector or exporter typically chooses to try to identify various Sternarchorhynchus spp. and merely exports them as oxyrhynchus or Sternarchorhynchus sp.
You would likely have to comb through larger Peruvian exports yourself and look at meristics to identify the offered knife-fishes on a species-level.
