is it safe to feed "catfish nugget"?

i've been feeding my guys this catfish nugget for a lil while now. its basically catfish fillet. i jus cut it up into small pieces and they tear it up. i jus wanna make sure its safe for them to eat as a staple. thanks

It's perfectly safe for your fish and for yourself. It's just flash frozen 2nd cuts of farm-raised raw channel catfish.

Id say its safe, many of my fish live on a mostly Tilapia fillet diet.

yeah, my LFS feeds their RBPs catfish chunks.

my bigger guys can eat huge chunks of it. i jus cut smaller pieces so there's less fighting in the piranha tank and easy pieces for my rtc and lima to eat. my motoro loves it now too. everyone eats it n its so damn cheap.
