Is it safe?

While im raising the young coral cat in the 72 gal (once its cycled) I think im giong to build a pond, so I can put the coral cat in there and get a port jacksons because their so so cool

also is a 12ft by 5 ft pond way to small for a black tip or will he able able to live in there? And could it live with a banded bamboo shark? Because I found a website that sells bamboo sharks taht are 5-7 in. for a pretty good price, would save me about $150 rather than getting a coral cat. Also, could i construct the pond by using a very strong wood frame then putting a pond liner, or will the shark rip the pond liner. My other idea is making the wood frame, but then add ing some kind of silicone sealent to the crevices and edges, then adding a pond liner. Would 2 or 3 fluval fx5s be able to handle that size pond, or would I be able to use a large koi pond filter system?

I just kinda wanna plan out everything so when I start to construct it, I wont spend a lot of time planning. I think i ask way too many questions lol, oh yea and this will most likely be in my garage so do you think I would need a chiller, problem is the chiller for that size would cost a ton, or is there some other way I can keep the temps right, Im pretty sure the temp wont change I just want to be safe if it gets really hot in the summer.

First off, Blacktip Reef Sharks need atleast 15,000 gallons no less. As for your 12x5x3 The length is fine, the height is fine, but the width needs to increase to probable 8' feet if your going with the Port Jackson. As for what to contruct the pond with, wood can be used, but chances are it will warp eventually. I would recommend using cinder blocks, lined with a pond padding then the pond liner.
