I know that feeders are not recommend and I dont want to put it on that but how else will it be able to eat??

I did and have one already but idk its just tempting.

Well it doesnt really matter but I would like to know other people opinnion.

But has anyone delt with a blind fish before??

I have a beautiful wild collected notatus who is blind.. I named him magoo. He eats flakes and shrimp pellets with no problem. You can always tell when he's hungry--he positions himself straight up and down(head up) waiting for something to land in his mouth.

I see what yalls mean. I was wondering how can you tell if a fish is blind other than seeing the fish run into things. Reason being is that the jars eyes look fine but it bumps into alot of things.

I'm a sucker for the oddballs...fish with handicaps, rescues...makes life more interesting :). Do it! At least an MFKer will have it, and know that if the quality of life isn't there you can euthanize humanely.
