that's not a good sign. Is there enough aeration in the tank? He might have smashed his head against the lid trying to jump, or rammed into the glass. That could have given a concussion or cracked his skull/back. This is not good. If you really haven't changed anything, then injury is the only thing i can think of. Sorry man, but keep an eye on him

probably not the light. I say injury. Just keep an eye on the guy, and pray

should i do a partial water change or anything? does adding salt help heal them like it is supposed to help regular fish ?

if is an internal injury, salt won't help. You can try a water change, but only if small. Don't stress the poor guy out.
