is my arrow big enough?

do you think that my arrow is big enough to be put in a 150 gallon with a male dempsy 5", female dempsy3.5", orange pike 4", 3 irridesent sharks 4", frempongi 4", and an 18" sailfin pleco.
i think that the arrow is at least 8" and growing fast he eats like a king and a pig
also why are my arrow's fins frayed he does not get picked on at all, his tank mates are 2 silver dollars and 2 corycats

you might wanna grab a flashlight and check during the night cause fish tend to get rowdy with lights off
 
I'd get it bigger, silvers are wimps typically. I'd worrie that the dempsy's may bully it. Weather you have witnessed it or not, that looks like fin damage caused by another fish picking on it. That is not a disease and is not from a growth spurt. Remove the silver dollors perhaps and see if it heals up.
