Actually most cb endli max at 16"-20". Those who max earlier have bad genetics. There are few who grow larger than 20".

Actually there is many. You just don't see them. Most of Rich's cb endli grew to at least 15". Several grew to 20"-22". There are many other cb endlis around the world that are 16"-20". Normally poor genetic endlis max under 14". I'm sure many of the Poly OGs could back me up if they still use MFK. Also it usually takes 2-3 years for a cb endli from 3" to hit 16"+. That is from my experience and what I have seen. Many people don't post their polys anymore. Such a shame.

I have nv seen a WC endi so small before, where did u get it? Any pics? I get my WC endis big so normally they dun seem to grow at all. I always believed CB endis grow much faster. But it seems the opposite might be true.

IMO they grow the same pace, it depends on the appetite of the bichir mostly. I've notice that when my cb endli grow too fast they are more likely to develop some kind of deformity compared to when I let a cb endli take its time to grow. That's why I prefer wc endlis over cb. They grow fast without worrying about deformity.

Hmm okay, seems to be mixed oppinons in this thread... But this endli also didn't eat for about 3 months, about 2 years ago now. If i compare this endli to 2 other endlis that i had a while ago (that a friend of mine has now) they are just as long, but mine seems so much fatter and compact...Isn't there a way to tell if they are SB? like how far apart some fins are, or something?

The way to tell if it is SB is the head to body ratio. 1 : 2.5 is considered a SB.

This is very untrue. There has been one CB endi measured over 30" in another forum. In my country, its not very uncommon to hear abt CB endis over 20".

That 30"+ Endli was CB? I thought it was WC. I wonder how long it took to grow to that size!
