Is my Gator gar a big, giant, pansy?

put in some fast moving divet fish so the other fish will chase them instead of your gars,but take note my 23 gator gar was messing up all my divet fish and they were large Black bar silver dollars and red hooks about 7 to 8 inches long. Had to move them after he killed two and shredded the rest they were in a 420 gallon tank never thought he could catch them,but he did

Well... that's what gars do.

You really shouldn't keep them together. Especially if you have to keep "healing" the gar. Come on.

Gars are so cool mine would lay motionless in the water column wait patiently for a feeder fish to swim close enough to snap up and if that didn't work they would chase them till they caught them. i am wanting to work with them again down the road later on.
