Is my list overstocked in a 100g?

The LFS I'm buying the tank off told me it was 540L (120g's), Now they're telling me it's 450L's, Which is about 100g's (98g's to be correct )
I was going to put in 2 O's, a jack, a pleco and some bottom feeders in. This tank looks HUGE, I'm thinking WAYYY to big for a 450L, But that's what they said. By the way this is in UK/Imperial gallons. What do you guys think?

THAT'S WHAT I WAS THINKING I'm thinking too myself how these 2 fully grown O's which would be tiny compared to the tank. Jesus, The staff down there are not very bright

If it is 60x30x30(make sure) then it is some where close to 220 gallons.

I just plugged it into the calculator and it comes out to 234.1 gallons...nearly double what you thought it was.
