Is my pickerel gunna die????

hey jellybeanjimbo, do you have anything else with your pickerel? i just want to know if i can put a small black crappie with him.

I currently have him them with 3 peacock bass. It's only temporary until the bass get big enough to go in my other tank.

I've got a few fish I hooked, now in captivity it isn't uncommon for them to be shy at first. Give him time to relax and get used to his new surrounding, looks like a great fish I'm sure he put up a fight. Keep lights off, temp down, it wouldn't hurt to add 02 and give him time. If the parameters are good he should pull through. This time is going to be stressful for him so give 'em time and he'll come around. Don't bother feeding for the next day or 2 you'll likely only increase nitrates and he probably won't eat if he's stressed.
